7. Delivery, Cancellation, and Changes

In such cases, any fees already paid will be refunded in full. No further claims can be made.
There is no entitlement to replacement or alternative dates. However, the trainer will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative where possible.
8. Format (Online and In-Person)
Events are conducted either online or in person. The format is determined and communicated in advance. A change of format will only take place with the consent of the participants
9. Participation in Online Events
Participation in online events requires a stable internet connection and appropriate technical equipment.
The use of camera and microphone is recommended for active participation, especially in group exercises.
Participants are responsible for ensuring a suitable and interruption-free environment.
Recording of sessions by participants is not permitted.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
10. Right of Withdrawal
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for the booking of the offered MBSR courses (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
The offered services constitute leisure-related activities provided for a specific date or period of time. The courses take place on fixed dates and times, with limited participant capacity and within fixed groups.
This applies both to in-person courses and to live online courses conducted in real time with scheduled participation.
11. Copyright
All materials and content provided as part of the courses are protected by copyright.
Reproduction, distribution, or use of any kind without explicit permission is not permitted.
Photography, video, or audio recording by participants during sessions is not allowed.
12. Liability and Health Requirements
Participation is at the participant’s own responsibility.
Participation requires sufficient psychological and physical stability.
The courses offered are not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
Individuals with psychological or physical challenges are generally welcome, provided they feel stable in everyday life and are able to participate responsibly.
In cases of more severe or acute conditions, participants are advised to seek professional advice prior to participation.
In individual cases, suitability for participation may be assessed together during the introductory meeting, and alternative forms of support may be recommended.
13. Participation and Course Framework
To ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants, the trainer reserves the right to review, together with the participant, whether continued participation is appropriate, even during the course.
In individual cases, this may lead to participation being adjusted or discontinued.
This applies in particular if a participant’s behavior significantly disrupts the course process or negatively affects the group dynamic, or if essential course agreements are not respected.
14. Participant Responsibility
Participants act on their own responsibility and are expected to respect their physical and psychological limits.
All exercises are voluntary.
15. Confidentiality
Participants agree to treat personal information and contributions shared by other participants as confidential and not to disclose them to third parties.
16. Data Protection
Personal data collected is used exclusively for the organization and delivery of the services.
The website’s Privacy Policy applies.
17. Recordings
Audio recordings may be made by the trainer during the course.
This applies in particular to:
- audio recordings of guided meditations
- and, in individual cases, recordings of selected course sequences for professional supervision
These recordings serve the following purposes:
- quality assurance and professional supervision
- provision of practice and meditation material for participants
- use of meditation recordings in other courses
Meditation recordings generally contain only the voice of the trainer.
In recordings of course sequences, participant contributions may occasionally be included. These recordings are used exclusively for supervision purposes and are not published.
Recordings are made transparently and will be announced in advance.
Participants may object to being included in recordings. In such cases, an appropriate solution will be found to allow continued participation in the course.
